Back in August of 2025, I was doing some manual labor for my dad to help him out around the house. I messed my back up to the point that I passed out from the pain in the shower. That caused my first visit to the ER. That same week, I endured the worst migraine I've ever had two days later, and since I had previously had a fall and thought the doctors missed something, back to the ER I went. This pain continued for 5 days, and not knowing what to do, I made a third visit. During my first visit, they did a CT scan of my midsection, and then on the 3rd visit, they did one of my brain.
This all happened while I had been unemployed for 5 months with no insurance. While I was approved for assistance, I still owe $11,842.
I work as a para-educator with 6.5-hour days, and on the weekends, I work my second job anywhere between 7-14 hours a week. With the chronic lower back pain I've had for the last 5 years and still not being fully recovered from my fall, my body can only handle working 6 hours constantly on my feet at my second job.
I could really use the help with these medical bills and would appreciate the help more than I could thank you.
