On February 17, 2025, our family received devastating news from Mercy Medical Center about my 27-year-old sister, Margaret. After several hospital visits over the weekend, she went into cardiac arrest, and despite 30 minutes of CPR, she was left in critical condition, unresponsive, and on life support.
For the past 12 days, we've prayed for her recovery, but an MRI revealed traumatic brain injury, leaving her with only 3% brain function and in a permanent vegetative state. With heavy hearts, we’ve decided to remove her from life support in the coming days.
Margaret was a beautiful, silly, and gentle soul who loved life. She was a dedicated mother to her daughter, Zoey, and a cherished daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend. This sudden loss has shattered our family. She had so many dreams and so much life ahead of her.
We are asking for donations to help with her funeral and memorial expenses. Any amount is appreciated, and we ask for continued prayers for Zoey and our family during this difficult time. Maggie’s loving spirit will be deeply missed.
