I'm sitting in tears trying to find what to say.

Koren has been on life support since Tuesday.

The Lord knows how strong this woman is. She fought through hell for decades and managed to love and care for those around her and smiled through all of it. The Lord will have the strongest of angels once she touches down in heaven.

I don't know what to expect in the next couple of days; only that I have to pull the plug Friday and weather the storm after.
