Hello friends and family. As most of you are probably aware my mother Katie has been battling stage 4 cancer. To say this has been a difficult year would be a massive understatement. I cannot begin to thank those of you who have shown up for my mom in ways I never could have expected. My mom and I would not survive this without Scott being at her side, Trudy giving her a comfortable place to live out her finals days, and my family taking care of all the legalities of death. To ask for more seems greedy, but sadly this is the predicament we are in. We are asking for any donations to help assist with body disposition (this is required up front and the bulk of the gofundme) and funeral arrangement costs. Anyone who knows my mother knows she would loathe this request which makes asking even harder. We are going to send this out to anyone and everyone in hopes that if we reach 200 of you that we would only need $24 from everyone who donates.
