My dear brother, Jerry Perdue (Jerr Bear) aka JD, passed away suddenly Saturday afternoon after fighting most of his life with Burchett's and Wagner's disease, which also caused him kidney disease. With that, we were unable to get him any life insurance to help the family put him to rest.
