Hello everyone, my name is Johnny Martinez. On October 23 my granddaughter Isabella was born. She was only 23 weeks when born. We were expecting her to be born on February 2026, but she came ahead of that. She was very fragile but we were hopeful that she would make it. On October 29 my daughter Isabella's mom received a phone call that Isabella needed an urgent surgery because her abdomen was inflated and the doctors said that she might have a blockage in her intestines. They transferred her to CHOP in Philadelphia and performed the surgery. They put her in observation, but on Thursday October 30, Isabella couldn't fight no more and she passed away.
