Help support after devestating crash

It's been a year since my freak accident. I hit black ice, went off an 8ft embankment, and flipped 5 times into an overgrown field. My OnStar called 911. I was cut out of my clothes and car, then careflighted to the University of Louisville Hospital where I underwent several surgeries. I suffered 7 brain bleeds, a collapsed lung, 5 broken ribs, a broken sternum, a broken back, broken hips, a shattered pelvis, a crushed right leg, and a crushed right hand. I was unable to walk for several months.

After 8 months, I began trying to work because I was denied disability. Almost a year of no income and my landlord has decided to sell the condo I have been renting. After a year of no income, I am faced with needing to move all within 30 days. I seriously need help. For my birthday month, I am raising money for myself and my survival.
