- As most of you already know our George has gone to heaven. He passed away Sat 9/07/24, just 2 short months after his 45th birthday. He had a stroke in December and has been battling infections ever since. George's death came unexpectedly & all at once. He fought every one like a warrior. The road wasn't easy by any means. Though he managed to keep up his spirits and keep strong till the end. He was making plans to live. He wanted to go back to church, to dinners & plays. Most of all he wanted to sit up in a wheelchair to get around. 9 months of laying in bed was enough for him. Anyhow this last infection took him home within less than 2 days. The Lord took him out of his pain. It is with our deepest sorrow that we ask for donations to fund his funeral at this time. We were preparing to bring him home to us. We thought we'd need a hospital bed, wheelchair, & new clothes to get him out of that retched gown. Instead we need burial services, permits, flowers, food, etc. George was planning to live not die.
