Gary Ray Strong born January 8, 1952 passed away unexpectedly in his home on January 22, 2025. He leaves his son Kevin, 2 grandchildren Madeline and Nick, 5 sisters Sandra, Donna (Davy), Terri, Pat and Jo (Mike) and a slew of nephews and nieces. Gary rededicated his life to the Lord in September 2024 in Roan Mountain, NC.

In leui of flowers, the Strong Family (Kevin, Donna, Terri, Pat, Jo, Jennifer and Traci) is asking for assistance in covering the unexpected costs for cremation services. There will not funeral services, however; there will be a private memorial for family and close friends and a celebration of life is being planned for a later date.
