Hi all. Unfortunately, my sisters have pushed the land court issue to its limit and rejected every reasonable offer. A commissioner has now been appointed, and this will essentially cost thousands of dollars. They're throwing away all my mother and fathers hard-earned estate that they wanted to leave to their daughters. Not to mention all the years of sweat equity I did to keep up its value as well as financially.

It's hard to ask for help, but I'm out of options. They know this will be a financial burden for me, which is their end game and has been from the start. They've already taken thousands of dollars from me by not honoring my mother's will. This is how they're repaying me for taking good care of our mother and letting her pass away peacefully in her home. They're not even willing to help pay for the last part of the funeral expenses.
