Cecilia Garcia, 58 of Washington State, Passed away on August 23,2024, after a very sudden decline in her health her loss is completely unexpected, and our family is profoundly saddened. Cecilia was strong willed and stubborn at times, but she also had an enormous heart and wonderful sense of humor. Our family is currently making plans for the funeral and reception.
