Assist with Bills After Medical Setback

Hi everyone, back in September, I had Cubital tunnel surgery because of a pinched nerve. I was out of work for 6 weeks. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a lot of PTO by the time my surgery came. The state denied my short-term disability because my surgery coordinator never emailed the doctors with the paperwork. So, that being said, I need some help. I just need to catch up on rent and bills. I’m not one to make a GoFundMe, but I’m at the end of my rope. I appreciate any help.
