Assist with Anna's Cremation Expenses

My mother, Anna, has been sick for a while, but on Saturday, April 5th, she collapsed on our kitchen floor and wasn't breathing. The EMS rushed her to the local hospital, who then rushed her to St. Vincent in Indianapolis. She had been on a ventilator and has had brain damage. Today, I gave them the okay to remove her from life-saving measures to comfort care. They're going to inform me when she passes away.

I contacted the crematorium of Indianapolis, but since she didn't have life insurance, it's going to be $1,959 out of pocket. That's just for transportation of the body, a death certificate, and a "spreading" box to put her in. I am going to try and get a loan, but with no credit, it won't be easy. The Social Security Administration will cover $150-$225 of the fees. Honestly, anything helps. Thank you all for helping me cremate my mom!
