Hello, my name is Willy T. Times have been tough for all of us. After the pandemic, it has been difficult to get on our feet. My story begins with being a homeless man who made mistakes but turned his life around. I opened a store and achieved my goal to have a shop on the coast. After 2020, we knew we had to make some changes. A new program had just been put into place, and I decided that would be a great place to continue working while helping people through their journey. It had saved me, so I looked forward to helping others. It was not an easy task; it cost a lot. We risked everything to get started. Business was slow, and investors never came. We decided on a plan and opened in my shop. Sales had been completely down since the pandemic, so converting would be a good move. We struggled but never fell more than 30 days behind. In August, we were close to 30 days behind on paying our rent. I tried to get jobs to cover the difference, but after 4 months I still did not have one. I showed up every week and worked every day, even though most days we made no income. So a ultimatum was given not to fall 30 days behind. So we did not; we pawned things and made it happen. But two weeks later we were served a no cause evection notice and given 30 days. I had clients booked that had already paid for services that covered the rent. The management company advised me to not even pay it and move on. I decided we would stay until our license is up. Mu deposit would cover the extra month, and we would go through the legal system to do so. I moved into the shop and worked every day for 30 days to try to raise the funds to move and renew the license. I held onto the fact that I had been hired to do a show in Denver and would have the opportunity to find some assistance. Unfortunately, while I was away, the landlord broke into the place and scared off my staff. They locked us out and proceeded to demand payment or I would not have access to my personal property. No court order was given, and not even 60 days had passed on a 90-day no-cause evection. Unfortunately, everything I own is in my shop. Any chance of raising the capital needed is locked away. My DJ equipment and video production stuff. I had planned on using this with my SOM to make a channel in case I was unable to secure a partner. I am seeking help with lawyers to get access to getting my family personal items. I have nothing; I gave everything to help around 50 people have a life-changing experience, which I will be forever grateful for. I am humbled and saddened that this is my last option. Please, if you can help us raise enough to cover lawyers to get my life back. And if we can raise enough, we can reopen our service center and continue to do the healing work we have done.
