Assist Wesley in Overcoming Health Related Issues

My name is Wesley Singletary, and since January 2024, I've been facing a series of increasingly difficult health challenges that have significantly impacted my life and my ability to work. The pain has been intense and unrelenting.

It began with recurring gallstones forming in my biliary duct, causing severe pain and requiring ongoing medical attention. While recovering in the hospital, doctors also discovered a concerning lung nodule, which a pulmonary specialist is now investigating. This adds another layer of uncertainty and worry to an already challenging situation.

As if that weren't enough, on my way home from Rockingham for an MRI, my truck blew a head gasket. This is my only means of transportation, and without it, I can't get to my medical appointments, which are crucial for my continued care. I'm capable of doing the repair myself, even with the pain I'm in, but I simply don't have the funds to purchase the necessary head gasket set.

These health issues have made it impossible for me to maintain consistent employment, leading to a significant loss of income. This, coupled with the rising cost of fuel for travel to specialists and the general increase in living expenses, has put an immense strain on my finances. I've lost a significant amount of weight, now weighing between 102-106 pounds, and I'm awaiting further test results with more testing scheduled, which further disrupts any chance of stable employment.

And now, amidst all of this, I've been hit with the most devastating loss of all. My beloved father, Roy Singletary, passed away on February 6, 2025. He was everything to me. An honorably discharged veteran who served in Thailand during the Vietnam Conflict, he was exposed to Agent Orange but never pursued the benefits he deserved. I am heartbroken and completely unprepared for this loss. I have no funds to pay for his funeral services, which is adding unbearable grief to an already overwhelming situation.

I'm reaching out for help during this incredibly difficult time. My immediate need is to repair my truck so I can continue my medical treatment. My longer-term need is to cover the costs of my father's funeral and navigate these ongoing health challenges.
