In January 26th 2026 I lost my house to a fire, all contents and the house were lost. I had collected Canadian military badges for over 45 years, I had over 50, 000 badges from WW1 to current. Air Force, Army, Navy, Coast Guard and Cadets.

All the badges were lost in the fire, nothing was saved.

I am a Canadian Armed Forces veteran who served 31 years as an aviation technician in the RCAF, served tours in Haiti, and Kosovo

i am raising funds to help recover from the fire and the total loss of my collection. I did have house insurance but the insurance will not cover the collection, just some the contents of the house
