Help a now single mom whose daughter lost her father.

My Cousin, Monica, unexpectedly lost her significant other, Travis on September 7th, 2024. Travis was an amazing man, who did anything and everything to support her and their 2.5 year old daughter Kylee ; allowing Monica to be a stay at home mom to raise their child. Even if that meant long hours at work or doing overtime. He was truly so loved by everyone. He will forever be missed by all those he knew him,he had an amazing heart, was the hardest worker and was always a joy to be around.

Travis left to go have some down time and never returned. Monica worried for over 24 long hours. Little did she know, those would be the last moments her and Kylee would have with him. On September 8th was the day she got the worst call that he would never be coming home.I know Kylee will one day understand how truly amazing her father was through stories she hears from family and friends, however she won't be able to have stories for herself. She won't be able to share real life memories with her father on the first day of school, holidays, recitals, graduation, going to college, be at her wedding to walk her down the isle or even sharing joy when she becomes a mother one day.

 

I know Monica would never ask for help, but she deserves it because she is always there for anyone who needs it. This gesture is very small in comparison to what lies ahead for this family, however I wanted to launch this GoFundMe to provide Monica and Kylee financial relief and due to Travis being the soul provider Monica is needing as much help as possible, she has no support where she lives so she is having to relocate to where her family is out of state. The expenses are significant and with the event that has happened she lost her vehicle in the process and is not entitled to any means of income or benefits or monetary support as they were not married.

 

I know for sure, Travis will always be looking down upon them and be proud of all the accomplishments they achieve together.
