Assist to Jesus's Medical and Recovery Fund

The guy in the picture is my coworker Jesus Gonzales Escobar. On Wednesday, June 11, 2025, around 7:00 p.m., his life changed forever. When he got off work that afternoon, he got on the bus as he does on a daily basis to commute home. He was then informed that ICE was at/near his exit. He decided to get off a few stops before. On his way, he ran into ICE at a 7-Eleven and tried to remain calm as others ran away. He was then targeted, and they started to chase after him. Running for his freedom, he ended up running to a train track. The train passed by and dismembered his entire arm, and he fell to the floor. ICE immediately retracted and left him for dead. No help, no call to an ambulance, no compassion, NOTHING. They just left. He got up dizzy and disoriented, falling to his knees but managed to get to a civilian close by who heroically aided him and called an ambulance. They found his wallet and his phone, but his arm was nowhere to be found. He is now having multiple surgeries at the hospital trying to recover. Anything is EXTREMELY helpful and appreciated by him and his family. He wasn’t deported, but his life and future changed forever this day. Thank you!

El que aparece en la foto es mi compañero de trabajo Jesús Gonzales Escobar. El miércoles 11 de junio de 2025, alrededor de las 7:00 p.m., su vida cambió para siempre. Cuando salió del trabajo esa tarde, se subió al autobús como lo hace a diario para viajar a casa. Entonces le informaron que ICE estaba en/cerca de su salida. Decidió bajarse unas paradas antes. En su camino, se topó con ICE en un 7-Eleven e intentó mantener la calma mientras otros huían. Entonces fue atacado y comenzaron a perseguirlo. Corriendo por su libertad, terminó corriendo hacia una vía de tren. El tren pasó y le desmembró todo el brazo y cayó al suelo. ICE se retractó de inmediato y lo dio por muerto. Sin ayuda, sin llamar a una ambulancia, sin compasión, NADA. Simplemente se fueron. Se levantó mareado y desorientado, cayendo de rodillas, pero logró llegar hasta un civil cercano que heroicamente lo ayudó y llamó a una ambulancia. Encontraron su billetera y su teléfono, pero su brazo no estaba por ningún lado. Ahora está siendo sometido a múltiples cirugías en el hospital para recuperarse. Cualquier ayuda es de suma ayuda y es muy apreciada por él y su familia. No fue deportado, pero su vida y su futuro cambiaron para siempre hoy. ¡Gracias!
