Tiffany (they/she) is a queer and disabled New York based musician who has been teaching, performing, and creating music for over 15 years. The only thing that measures up to their passion for music is their love of their community. In all things, Tiffany strives to create meaningful connections and mutually supportive spaces for all performers, experienced or otherwise. As a teacher, compassion is the foundation from which they help their students learn and grow.

Spinal nerve injuries have caused Tiffany immense, chronic, and unpredictable pain. In the past year, this has become an extreme and emergent situation that has severely limited their independence and mobility and impacted their access to work - they now urgently need stable, accessible housing and medical care.

They have needed to push forward to maintain their work, but can no longer continue to do this and support themself without proper medical treatment and recovery. Currently, some days and responsibilities must be sacrified entirely, often unexpectedly, as Tiffany navigates constant chronic pain and exhaustion. The vast majority of their time and energy now goes toward daily tasks and and showing up for their students and community - this doesn't leave much to give themself that same care which others have come to appreciate.
