Assist the Sanchez Family in Their Time of Loss

Hello, my name is Fabiola Sanchez, and thank you for visiting my father, Orfil Sanchez's GoFundMe page.

My father, Orfil, was battling stage 3b colon cancer since January of this year and it is with deep sadness that I must share the unfortunate news of his passing on 06/02/2025.

My father passed at home, in the company of his wife, Eva Sanchez, of 40 years. Although we are completely heartbroken by this loss, we are comforted knowing that he is no longer in pain.

My father was my mother's primary support since she became permanently disabled. Many friends & family have inquired on where to donate so we've decided to start a GoFundMe to allow family, friends, and loved a place to contribute their support.

Any money donated will be used to help cover my fathers remaining hospital expenses, remaining costs for the funeral services, and to also ease the financial stress on my mother.

Mi padre, Orfil, luchaba contra un cáncer de colon en etapa 3b desde enero de este año y, con profunda tristeza, debo compartir la lamentable noticia de su fallecimiento el 06/02/2025.

Mi padre falleció en casa, en compañía de su esposa, Eva Sánchez, con quien estuvo casado durante 40 años. Aunque estamos profundamente desconsolados por esta pérdida, nos reconforta saber que ya no sufre.

Mi padre fue el principal apoyo de mi madre desde que quedó discapacitada permanentemente. Muchos amigos y familiares nos han preguntado dónde donar, así que hemos decidido crear una cuenta de GoFundMe para que familiares, amigos y seres queridos puedan contar con un lugar donde contribuir con su apoyo.

El dinero donado se utilizará para ayudar a cubrir los gastos hospitalarios restantes de mi padre, los costos restantes de los servicios funerarios y también para aliviar la presión financiera de mi madre.
