Leo Rodriguez lost his battle with congestive heart failure on June 9, 2025. He was surrounded by the people who loved him most and leaves behind his wife of 34 years, Monica Rodriguez, his only daughter, Victoria (Manny) Rodriguez Garza, 2 grandsons, Auron and Soren Garza, and a grandson due in October. Leo was a true Dallas Cowboys fan since childhood, he loved to go fishing, had a great hand for woodworking and most of all loved his family beyond words. Becoming a grandfather was pure love and joy for him and he knew he wouldn’t get to see the grandchildren grow up which broke his heart.
