Assist the McVey Family in Their Time of Loss

With heavy hearts, we share the untimely passing of Daniel McVey, beloved husband, dad, grandpa, brother, uncle, nephew and friend to so many. On April 14, 2025, Daniel went into cardiac arrest and passed away at home.

Daniel leaves behind his loving wife, Daisy McVey and his children, Henson, of the home and Courtney Whiting, along with his precious grandson.

The family was notified today that due to a clerical issue with Daniel’s life insurance policy, the company has denied his benefits due to a statement of health not being submitted on his behalf.

As you can imagine, this has further devastated the family, who are struggling with their sudden and unexpected loss of Daniel. He was an amazing man who never met a stranger and helped anyone who was in need.

We now find ourselves humbly asking for help to cover Daniel’s funeral expense of $16,00.00. We know so many who would offer to help with these costs, and thought this was the best way to make them aware of the situation. Your donation, no matter the amount, will make a big difference in helping his family to pay for the funeral.
