Assist the Martinez Family with Memorial Expenses

Hi, my name is Danny Martinez, and I'm raising funds to help cover the remaining costs of my father's funeral and memorial services.

On Thursday, May 29, 2025, my dad passed away after a two-year battle with cancer. True to who he was, he kept his illness private—sharing it only with my mom, my siblings, and me. Even though he was likely in pain, he rarely showed it, not wanting us to worry.

Over the years, both of my parents had been steadily paying toward his funeral expenses, and about a third of the costs have already been covered. Unfortunately, my dad passed before the rest could be paid off. The remaining balance now falls on us, and we are doing our best to gather the resources we can—but we’re still facing a financial gap that may require loans and other means of support. We're doing our part to come up with what we can, but if there is anything that can help relieve some of that financial burden will greatly be appreciated. The service on the 16th and 17th but we are expected to pay much sooner than that.

Every contribution—no matter the amount—will go directly toward funeral home fees, memorial arrangements, and ensuring we can give him the farewell he truly deserves.

My dad was one of the most kind-hearted, hardworking, and humble people you could ever meet. He believed in the good in others, never felt entitled, and never asked for more than what he had. Above all, he never wanted to be a burden. He was a devoted father, husband, grandfather, and the quiet anchor of our family. He meant everything to us—and to so many people he cared for who saw him as a father figure and caring presence.

We want to honor him with the dignity and respect he earned, and your support would mean the world to us during this incredibly difficult time.
