Assist the Lundy's in Starting OVER after Tornado

I’m still in shock as I write this…

Most of you have seen my Facebook posts that my parents home was hit by the tornado that tore through Valley View, Texas on Saturday May 25th. SO thankful they left 10 mins before it blew through!  

We are all grateful they are here with us today as many others succumbed to the deadly tornado.

Their home sustained substantial damage including missing half of the roof, windows blown out, mud and water throughout, extensive water damage in the remaining ceilings and vast amounts of damage on the exterior. It’s a total loss. They also lost two storage sheds that were blown away. Two of my Dad’s work vehicles were damaged pretty badly, those also will be totaled. He is an electrician and those vans are his livelihood. 

We’ve had many of you reach out about how to help, what to donate, or where/how to send monetary donations. So we decided it was best to set this account up as a means for my parents to rebuild their lives. 

They will need a new home and everything else for a fresh start. 

My parents are good people who aim to be better Christians daily by volunteering within their church and community. My prayer is that we can all pitch in and make this stressful and traumatic situation of losing their home of 22 years a little more bearable.
