Phil Dumas was a loving father and husband. On September 10th Phil was rushed to the hospital for an internal bleed that doctors were unable to find the source of. After a long and hard fought battle with the issue- Phil unfortunately passed away on September 29th 2024. We would appreciate any donations to help the family deal with and help with the passing of their father.
