Assist the Delivery of Children in New Sawereso

Since mid-2021, we've funded the construction of a maternity ward in New Sawereso-Seinuah in south-central Ghana. This facility will give birthing mothers an opportunity to deliver in a clean environment, unlike the dusty tent conditions that are often the norm at present.

This facility will serve not only the people of the Stooldom of New Sawereso, but all of the surrounding Stooldoms.

This fundraiser is being relaunched to highlight recent progress. We've come so far already with the donations of others, beating challenging weather and various obstacles. The physical structure is now in place, but interior finishing and related expenses remain. Can you help us reach the finish line, please?

No persons associated with this fundraiser are compensated. All monies donated, net of fees by GoFundMe and wire expenses, go directly to Ghana. The American-citizen organizers of this fundraiser have checks-and-balances in place, including submission of receipts for construction expenses and physical travel to Ghana to review progress.
