Assist the Danilov Family in Need

Mr. Jaroslav Danilov, a member of our church - Holy Cross Romanian Orthodox în Alexandria, VA - suffers from MS (Multiple Sclerosis) in advanced stage.

He can’t work anymore, he can’t walk or take care of himself.

His wife, Ms. Anca Danilov is taken care of him on full time basis.

They both live out of public welfare at a bare minimum level.

They have a son that works and helps as much as he can.

To go around for therapy and treatments and also to come to the church they use a regular cross over small truck but lately because of his aggravating stage of the disease it becomes extremely hard to Ms. Anca to get him in and out of vehicle.

Recently his wheelchair flipped on side in the front of the church and we have a real hard time to put him back in it and help him climb back in the vehicle.

I’m looking to raise enough funds to purchase a special adapted vehicle. It can be used, but in decent condition.

Also if there is someone who have one such vehicle or if there is a dealer we will try to reimburse him for as much as we can.

Also they need some contraption to help him get out of bed and move around the house.
