Our dear friend Laurie Bravo, her son Jesse, and their dog Kaneki, lost there home in the Sandalwood Fire.
Thank you to the first responders who helped to get Jesse and Kaneki out of the fire's path.
We love our Laurie-- she has been a dedicated public servant for the County in Human Services and Community Services and served countywide. I worked with Laurie at PERC and we set up this fund to help her. She has such a strong work ethic and has touched many lives along the way.
Like so many in the mobile home park, all material items are completely lost. We have set up this effort to help her with some of the basic needs. All of this money will go directly to Laurie to help her with living expenses, including rental of a new place to live, and we plan to get it to her ASAP as all they have are the clothes on their backs. Laurie is being added to this campaign so that she may access money
