Two weeks ago our attached casita was engulfed in flames. Tragically, our elderly mother was living in the attached casita and perished in the fire. our mother was explicit in her wishes for a natural burial, therefore my sister, Tracy, and I will honor those wishes.

This type of burial returns your loved one back to the earth in the most simple form. The body is placed directly into the ground without using impermeable barriers or preservative. This allows the natural decomposition of the body in the ground.

The burial site is recorded with GPS coordinates, the surface restored with native plant and a small flagstone on the ground marks the site.

This type of burial is costly. We have chosen La Puerto Natural Burial Ground outside of Belen, New Mexico for the burial. Any and all donations are Blessed and very much Appreciated.
