My client,Sugar Rush Columbus, has always been built on passion, integrity, and hard work. For the past five years, they have poured all their energy into delivering high-quality custom cakes while maintaining the highest standards.

Unfortunately, they recently discovered that the third-party financial management company they were using defrauded their business—jeopardizing everything they worked so hard to build. The financial company did not pay the suppliers, creditors, and others, and has left them in a very bad state. Attempts to contact them have been futile, and they have filed police reports, and have contacted the Ohio Attorney General and the FBI in an attempt to recover the funds that were stolen - more than $35 000. Unfortunately it will take quite some time to recover the funds , if ever.

In the meantime, they keep working and trying keep their heads above water and continue to serve their clients.
