My name is Sir Diego, and I am reaching out for help as I prepare to move into a new condo in Aventura, Florida. My journey has been shaped by overcoming social and economic challenges, starting from my childhood in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where I was born into a family facing financial hardship and discrimination. Over the years, I moved from Pittsburgh to Cleveland, Ohio, and then to Miami-Dade County in 2010, always striving for a better life despite the obstacles.

Living with severe depression, anxiety, and PTSD has made things even more difficult. I receive Social Security Disability, but the monthly amount is not enough to cover my financial responsibilities, goals, and the quality of life I am working so hard to achieve. In an effort to improve my situation, I started my own entertainment company, Sir Diego Entertainment LLC, but recent funding cuts and a loss of income after losing my part-time entertainment job of 11 years in 2023 have made it challenging to grow my business and support myself. I have now exhausted all of my personal savings and credit card debt limits, and I have no more money saved up, making it even more difficult to move forward.

Now, I have the opportunity to move into a beautiful condo in the Plaza Del Prado community, which is accepting my Section 8 Housing Voucher—a major blessing. However, the move-in costs are significant, including first month's rent, two security deposits, and an association fee, along with expenses for transferring services and hiring help for the move. I have already used what little I had to cover some of these costs, but I still need help to make this move possible and regain stability. Any additional support will help me pay down debt and possibly afford full coverage car insurance, which became unaffordable after a recent accident and legal issues.

Having faced lifelong challenges due to social and economic circumstances, unforeseen events, and ongoing financial responsibilities, donations will help me move forward in a positive way.
