My name is Michelle Archer and I am asking for your help on the behalf of Shante Robinson. Shante is a beloved Campus Security Associate with Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and is assigned to Jay M. Robinson Middle School, and a dear friend.

On November 1, 2025 Shante's daughter Amari needlessly lost her life to gun violence. Amari was attending a Halloween party with her sister when someone began shooting. As everyone ran, Amari was struck by a bullet. Amari was transported to the hospital where she later died from her injuries. Amari was not the intended target, just an innocent party goer. Amari leaves behind a beautiful 2 year old baby girl, a younger sister, a mother, a father and a host of loved ones. I am asking for any small donation you can find it in your heart to give, to help Shante with Amari's final expenses. Last night Shante received the call no mother is ever prepared for. To lose a child is devastating, to lose a child to needless gun violence is tragic. Please help me to raise funds so that Shante can give Amari the appropriate home going ceremony possible.
