Hi, my name is Tiffany Lim and I am starting a GoFundMe for my dad, Scott Lim. He was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer EGFR, a type of non-small cell lung cancer, which has recently spread to parts of his brain, bones, and blood.

For those who do know my dad, you know he lives by the motto "Life is Good." He is ambitious, hilarious, outgoing, adventurous, and the most selfless person ever. If you ever need anything, my dad would put whatever he's doing down and drive to help you. He has always been the type to put others before himself and make sure everyone is happy and having a good time around him. Now it's the time we help my dad put himself before he helps others. He radiated such positive energy even when finding out this diagnosis; he's still putting one foot forward every day.

He has worked his entire life, even when he decided to leave his liquor store business of 21 years to go into retirement. That plan didn't last long; he is still working part-time selling electricity to local businesses. He has always been a hard worker and has worked hard all his life to build a future for his family in America after escaping Pol Pot during the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia.

During this time, everything has been so fast-paced and so quick. We as a family are trying the best we can to spend time with my dad while also still working full-time. My mom has decided to leave work for a little bit to stay home with my dad while he is going through Chemotherapy to care for him. We would appreciate any donations to help pay for medical bills, food, and any necessities my dad will need along this journey to fight lung cancer. With every donation, my dad will honestly personally thank you each one of you with all the energy he will have left.
