My Family Lost Everything From A House Fire. Anything Helps
Hello, I'm Savannah , and I'm creating this gofund me to provide my family with some much-needed financial assistance during this challenging time. My mom, siblings, and 8-year-old nephew tragically lost everything in a fire that occurred Wednesday morning."
Wednesday morning, a fire tore through the main level of my mom’s home, where she was renting. Three bedrooms were completely destroyed, including my 8-year-old nephew’s room, where the fire started. He lost absolutely everything — his clothes, bed, toys, school supplies, and the only space that was his.
The rest of the home is now filled with thick smoke and water damage, and nearly all of their belongings are ruined. While the unfinished basement may have a few things left to salvage, for the most part, everything is gone all my siblings and mom lost everything.
My mom, my siblings, my nephew, and all the animals thankfully made it out safely — but they walked away with nothing, and now they have no home to return to.
Tragically, the house was a rental, leaving them without any insurance coverage to rebuild or replace their belongings. My mom is the primary financial support for the household, and with this sudden loss, they're now facing complete financial ruin. They have no savings or resources to fall back on, making it impossible to secure stable housing or replace even the most basic necessities. Every dollar donated will directly alleviate their crushing financial burden and help them begin to rebuild their lives from absolute zero
If you’re able to give anything — truly, even a few dollars — it would mean so much to us. And if your unable to donate, please sharing this with others. Every little bit helps more than you know.
Thank you for reading, for caring, and for standing with our family during this incredibly difficult time.
With love and gratitude,
Savannah
