Please help my brother Junior (Roy) and his wife Amy. Together they have 12 children, 8 of them live within their residence. My sister in law is a stay at home mom leaving my brother the only income for the household. He is still fighting in a Missouri hospital leaving Amy and the kids at home without his income.
