Rosa Zamora had an accident a year ago that led to surgery for her arm and shoulder. But recently, she suffered another accident while they were on vacation and had to go through surgery. However, insurance does not cover it because it's out of Wisconsin. She and her husband are retired, but their income is insufficient to cover medical expenses and household costs.
