Roger was a Godly man who loved his family deeply. He leaves behind his two daughters, Vanessa Starnes and Caressa Sutton, and two precious grandchildren who brought him so much joy. Roger cherished the time he spent planting tomatoes with his granddaughter and cuddling his grandson — moments that will forever be remembered.

Nearly seven months ago, Roger suffered a major heart artery rupture — an event that should have been fatal. But Roger was a fighter. Through months of ups and downs, his strength and faith kept him going, even as his health declined. Surrounded by his loved ones, Roger spent his final days receiving prayers, hugs, and endless love before being peacefully taken off life support.

Roger passed away on Monday, leaving his daughters heartbroken and facing unexpected funeral costs. Any contribution, no matter the size, would be a blessing and a great help to his family during this difficult time.
