Assist Riley After Car Break-In Theft

Riley had his car broken into in the middle of the night. His passenger window was busted, and they stole his wallet with all his cash, debit cards, ID, social security card, etc. Insurance is REFUSING to pay for the damage! He is nothing but kind and generous and selfless, and I would love to give it back to him. I would really, really appreciate and love if you guys could help him out in this rough spot.
