My name is Adriana Marks, I am a server at Encinitas Ranch golf course. I am starting this Go Fund Me for our long time chef and friend Ricardo De La Cruz. Ricardo and his wife Maria recently lost their one year old son Lucas to Barth's syndrome. A rare heart condition that requires a transplant. Unfortunately, before a donor was found poor Lucas succumbed to his disease. They have four other children and planning a funeral for Lucas is a heafty cost for hard working parents. Both Maria and Ricardo have spent weeks at Radys hospital, unable to work. We are asking for help in their time of need.
