I am sponsoring this Go Fund Me after our dear father Ted Cabarga has passed away on February 25th. He was a vital part of our family and also was the source of financial stability for his son and daughter Ray and Elena.

Our brother and sister Ray and Elena are going to need help transitioning to a new living space and will need immediate support for moving expenses etc. now that Ted is gone and they can no longer occupy his rental.

Ray, 65, as most of you know, is a talented freelance graphic designer and musician. He is now severely disabled and must use a wheelchair as well as having limited mobility in his upper body. He accrues monthly medical expenses and needs constant care due to his disability.

Elena is a wonderful freelance fashion and fabric designer. Now in her late 60s, Elena is going to need to find a new, safe place to live as well due to her low income and lack of immediate financial resources.

They both only live on their small amount of social security retirement checks with very little other sources of income.

In order to get through this immediate transition, they will need some financial help. So any amount, however big or small that you can contribute to this GoFundMe will be greatly appreciated.

Also any ideas as to where Ray and Elena could find modest, safe housing or other additional resources are very welcome.
