Assist Peter in Overcoming Disaster, illness, &poverty woes.

Hi my fundraiser name is Peter Grasso. My apartment and my belongings were completely destroyed by Hurricane Beryl in July 2024. Two days later, I was admitted to the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. My gallbladder was surgically removed. Due to complications, an endoscopy procedure was performed the next day to remove rocks, sludge, and infection. The hospital discharged me to a rehabilitation to a Skilled Nursing Facility since the beginning of August 2024. I cannot successfully walk or perform my activities of daily living. FEMA was supposed to assist me financially to replace my furniture, my TV, clothing, and all other personal belongings utterly destroyed by Hurricane Beryl. FEMA is now broke and promised me 3 checks! They have assigned the funding duty to Health and Human Services Commission of the State of Texas! And, they have no idea when they will help me get back on my feet financially. In the meantime, my apartment complex found me an undamaged apartment but increased my rent from $725.00 to $895.00. I am trying to survive on a limited income . I am desperately trying to support my wife and daughter who reside in the Philippine Islands. Any amount of funding will be a blessing to help me support my wife and daughter while helping me get back on my feet. God bless you for the help! I am at poverty level.
