Assist Pedro Ortega's Family in Crisis

Hello my name is Pedro Ortega, 5 months back I suffered a heart attack, the doctors found me when I woke up and found out I was type 2 diabetic and suffered blood pressure problems and some issues of heart failure and respiratory problem, my nerves and tendons feel weak and my muscle strength has gone back to 0 and I cant walk much with it hurting my knees so much. I have a infected wound in my toe and I'm under medication and my doctors want me to get disabled for the reason of my situation and its gonna take me a few years to recovery fully according to my doctor. So if you can help me and family, my wife has scoliosis and has had 3 surgeries in her back and she can't because shes helping my recovery journey.
