Our family suffered an unexpected and tragic loss on 6/2/2025. We lost our dad, Danny Botelho doing what he loves best, hunting. We are heartbroken for our mother, our little families we've created full of his grandchildren, and for all the friends he now leaves behind. He was one of the good ones. Worked day and night to build his camp out in Vermont, trained his hounds to hunt bears, and built a legacy of a family with 7 children. We have almost all gone on to have our own families, which has led him to having 12 grandchildren. He is a son, an uncle, a friend, a brother, a father, and a loving husband who has left us with a hole in our hearts.

We are asking for donations to cover funeral expenses and to help our mom get back on her feet. We all reside in Massachusetts while our mom, dad, and little brother Daniel have been in Vermont. We just want to lessen some of the burden and help her stay situated while we work on this new normal.
