On February 17th, we got the tragic call that our father, friend, cousin, and loved one has passed away from cardiac arrest at 8:28 am. Raymond Ortega was an amazing father to his 8 kids. We are very, very sad, and anything anyone can contribute will help. Thank you and God bless.
