Hello, my name is Noel Obinna Obi. I am a junior Mechanical Engineering major at Howard University. As a young Nigerian-American, I have faced significant challenges, especially since losing my mother, which has left me without the support most students rely on.
Recently, my car was stolen outside of Bethune Annex—a place where secure student parking is still not available despite a troubling rise in thefts. After a series of car thefts, mine was returned to me with $3,000 in critical damages. This has left me unable to use the car to commute to work, which is essential for covering my education costs and living expenses.
Without my car, I am struggling to keep up with both school and work, and I'm humbly asking for your help. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help me repair my car and stay on track toward achieving my degree and securing my future.
Thank you for your kindness and support. Every donation truly makes a difference.
