Assist Matt Curcio with Medical & Living Expenses

Matt Curcio recently underwent an elective surgery that led to him becoming septic and critically ill. This led to being on a ventilator for over a week and five life saving surgeries. He then spent the next month and a half in the ICU and eventually an in patient rehab facility.
Nothing short of a miracle, Matt was able to make it through. He has told me that the doctors like to remind him that they weren’t convinced he would survive. We all believe the prayers of his family and friends played a large role in that miracle. That being said the recovery journey will be a long one for Matt.
The next steps in his journey to recovery are substantial. His coming weeks and months are filled with therapies and doctor appointments.
Matt and his wife’s lives have been altered immensely financially and physically for the foreseeable future due to the effects from the multiple surgeries and his underlying Muscular Dystrophy. As you can imagine medical bills, recovery supply costs, and other unexpected costs (when it rains it pours they always say) are piling high and Matt is unable to return to full time work for some time. And while the financial cost of recovery is overwhelming, a toll is being taken emotionally and physically due to the care required by family to care for Matt and his new needs as he recovers.
This unexpected incident has put a substantial amount of medical debt onto Matt and his wife Ally's plate, and between that and their need to make ends meet with their mortgage, everyday bills and drastically reduced income, they really need our help.
In addition to hardcore prayer for Matt and his wife Ally, I encourage all friends and family of Matt and Ally to step in and assist where they can in helping Matt and Ally stay afloat. Every little bit will help them greatly. If you have friends and family that may also be able to pitch in, we can help Matt and Ally greatly.
If you have questions about how Matt is doing he is able to get texts and calls and is able to respond when he is feeling up to it.
We are all so excited to see how God takes this difficult situation and makes it beautiful.
..."Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security." ~ Jeremiah 33:6
Matt and Ally are the type of people who are always going out of their way to be there for people, and now it’s our turn to help them when they’re in need.
