Relief for Eddie's Hospital Expenses

The recent passing of Eddie Hlavac, my friend of over 64 years, came after nearly 3 months of hospitalization at St. Jude/Providence Hospital in Fullerton, mostly in ICU and CCU.

While Eddie and his wife, MaryLouise, had insurance, the out-of-pocket costs will be significant. Any money raised will go directly towards outstanding medical costs. Additional funds over the medical costs will be donated to Cal State University Fullerton in Eddie's name.
