My name is Job Macklis (age 27) and my sister, Maria Jenkins (aged 34), was an innocent bystander in a shooting at a gas station (Six Mile & Fairfield) in the early morning hours in Detroit, MI on July 28th, 2025. She was loved by many people. She was training to be certified to become a home health care assistant. Her goals were cut short. This tragedy struck our family in a most unexpected way. The funeral will be held Wednesday ,August 27th, 2025 at 10:00am to 1 pm at Fisher funeral Home and cremation services on Telegraph & five Mile Rd.
