Assist Marcel's Recovery Journey

Peace and blessings everyone, my name is Marcel and I’m a (56) years young married man who is currently experiencing a life crisis. In October of 2024 I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, an aggressive form of cancer that affects my plasma cell production in my bone marrow. Since then I have been on a weekly regimen of chemotherapy infusions. Combined with scheduled PET and CAT scans, bone marrow biopsies and some strong prescriptions, progress has been slow and painful, but I am making progress towards recovering.

Before my diagnosis I was the principal bread winner in the family but since then I have been unable to provide anything towards the household and that is the motivation for this fundraiser. The bills are still piling up irregardless of my condition and I don’t want the burden to completely fall upon my wife who is already making great sacrifices in caring for and assisting me in my plight. I also have a 17yr. old daughter who is a Junior in high school and I’m sure you can just imagine her needs.. I still have 3 more cycles of treatment (about 3 months) before they determine my next steps, which will all depend on how much I have responded to treatment. Thats all I’m requesting and asking assistance for, with the monthly bills until I am cleared by my doctors to be able to return to work.
