My name is Marc Ferris. My mother passed away after a long battle with dementia. I took care of her, living in her aging mobile home in Castroville, CA. She had a $1,300 pension from Community Hospital of Monterey, where she worked in Patient Services for almost 20 years. She also received SSI which was around $1,400 per month. The rent in the mobile home park is $1,640 per month with an upcoming increase to $1,760 in June.

I need to cover about $1,600 for cremation, and could use help until I can get a second job. I work four days a week, and make $1,840 a month, and have a $550 car payment, and insurance runs around $150 per month, and leaves me $1,140 for food and gas. I'm 61 years old, not sure Walmart pays that great. I could try to find work close to home, and sell my vehicle, but it's a mile to town, walking, and most of the jobs are industrial. Any help is appreciated.
